About
Our Total Body Conditioning class focuses on strengthening and toning the muscles in the shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, back and core. These classes use a combination of body-weight exercises, dumbbells and/or resistance bands to build strength, endurance, and muscle definition in the upper body. All class workouts can be adapted by our experienced instructors should you want to push yourself, have an injury or other. We encourage all participants to go at their own pace - No one knows your body better than you.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to MissionFIIT Activity Hub. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Please give us as much notice as possible with regards to cancellations. Up to 24 hours before we will credit your account. No refund for short notice cancellations.
