Our Strength Training class targets every major muscle group, resistance training, and functional movements. Expect a blend of squats, lunges, planks and weighted lifts tailored to all fitness levels, with modifications provided. Led by our expert instructor Vicki, each session includes a warm-up, strength section and a cool-down to improve mobility and recovery. Perfect for anyone looking to tone, sculpt and feel stronger from head to toe! All class workouts can be adapted by our experienced instructors should you have an injury or other. We encourage all participants to go at their own pace - No one knows your body better than you.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to MissionFIIT Activity Hub. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Please give us as much notice as possible with regards to cancellations. Up to 24 hours before we will credit your account. No refund for short notice cancellations. Bundles are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Classes must be booked in advance, subject to availability. The Offer does not guarantee a place in any specific class.
