Wouldn't it be great if you could just click your fingers and 'hey presto!' - you've the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you've always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing's ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start! Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body. All class workouts can be adapted by our experienced instructors should you want to push yourself, have an injury or other. We encourage all participants to go at their own pace - No one knows your body better than you.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to MissionFIIT Activity Hub. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Please give us as much notice as possible with regards to cancellations. Up to 24 hours before we will credit your account. No refund for short notice cancellations.
