clubbercise is a dance/fitness class for all ages. the classes are taught in a darkened room with lights to create a nightclub/disco scene. reusable Glowsticks are also used, they are battery operated led Glowsticks which are sold separately at £7.00. all classes are a fun, full body workout to club anthems from the 90's right through to recent chart hits including pop, dance, rave, hip hop, r&b and techno. each track is taught at low to high intensity through level 1,2 and 3.
