Mum and Baby 45 min o a postnatal recovery class. Join us for a friendly and supportive strength class where you baby lies next to you on the mat or can be carried though the workout. Just bring whatever you need for your baby and we provide the rest of the equipment. Before starting Post-natal Pilates you must wait six weeks after a natural birth and eight weeks after a caesarean (consult with GP). We keep classes small with a maximum of 5 people. Please arrive 10 min before class time so you have time to get settled with your baby.
