The small barrel supports the spine in inversions, whilst working the centre (the core) & provides a great stretch. It's especially helpful for opening up the chest & hips. You'll workout with the small barrel on an upholstered mat with a foot strap. This is a taught class & is open to Beginners/ First-Timers, however it is not a suitable starting point if you have any pain, acute injury, history of spinal conditions/ surgery or medical conditions which could otherwise make certain Pilates exercises unsafe. Under these circumstances, I need to assess you first- please book a Private Lesson. If you have any questions or concerns, do feel free to contact me to discuss individual suitability before booking. All packages/ single sessions to take within 12 weeks from date of purchase. All sessions have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are the sole participant booked into a session, it'll be delivered as a 30 Minute One to One at no extra cost to yourself. *Please note; Barrel Class on Wednesdays 7:15pm is a hybrid delivery with both in-person & remote spaces available inclusively. You can join in-person or remotely for this class at your convenience on the day. This class is delivered on camera & documented for your homework use for 7 days afterwards. Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Angela Green Classical Pilates. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Please self-manage your session bookings & cancellations via your Gymcatch account. Please cancel the booking on your account if you are not attending. Sessions cancelled in fewer than 24 hours of the start time will be lost. Sessions cancelled with 24 hours notice or more will be auto-refunded (automatically credited) back to your account. Sessions on this pack will become usable after the 12 week expiry date. If circumstances dictate that you are unable to complete them for medical reasons, a refund of the balance will be considered for unused sessions (minus processing fees), providing the bundle has not expired. If a refund is applicable, any used sessions will be charged at single session rate & you will be refunded the balance by the method of which you paid. Refunds/ extensions for historic packages/ sessions are not considered. If you are the sole participant booked into a session, it'll be delivered as a 30 Minute One to One at no extra cost to yourself.
