Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, Anthea will guide you through a series of controlled movements that enhance your posture and balance. You'll leave feelign energised and centred, ready to take on the day. Bring your mat and a positive attitude; everyone is welcome! Mats & equipment can also be provided.
