An aerobic workout in a darkened room with glow sticks. Ladies only. Age 16 and above. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Bookings Classes are booked in advance using the Gymcatch booking system. Each week the next class will be available to book. If you cancel a class within 48 hours of the start time I will move the class to the next week. Anything outside of this the class will be lost. No refunds are given. Block bookings If you would like to book the whole month, payment is needed in advance and will be made directly into my business account and I will add you onto the classes via Gymcatch. All bookings made this way will guarantee a space in every class, however they are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless I cancel the class). Please message me via Gymcatch if you would like to do this. Class cost 45 minute classes are £7 Glow sticks Only official Clubbercise glow sticks can be used in class, this is set by Clubbercise and is part of our licence agreement, anyone using non Clubbercise glow sticks will be asked to stop and if it continues you will no longer be able to book onto classes. Clubbercise and Clubbercise with Vicky take no responsibility for injury caused by glowsticks. You can purchase the official glow sticks for £7 a pair. Payment is made directly into my business account, please check before so I can check I have some. Replacement batteries are also available at £2 for the 6 that you need. Please check before making payment that I have some available. Clubbercise with Vicky is not responaible for the life span of the batteries and takes no responsibility of that life span. Health forms Every new member will need to complete a health form which is part of your booking process, without this you will not be able to attend the class. These are only seen by Vicky and are confidential. It is your responsibility to keep Vicky updated with any medical conditions or changes with health, or next of kin contact details. This is important as some medical conditions will require modifications of exercises to keep you safe. Your health form needs to be updated annually and is your responsibility.
