Cancellation policy
Runspire Nottingham Cancellation Policy At Runspire Nottingham, we understand that plans can change. To help us continue offering quality sessions and supporting our community, please be mindful of our cancellation policy: Group Sessions (Running, Walking, and Nordic Walking): We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. As we are a not-for-profit charity, a credit note will be applied to your account for future use. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session amount must be paid. 1-to-1 Sessions: For 1-to-1 personal sessions, 48 hours' notice is required to avoid any charges. A credit note will be applied to your account if cancelled within this time frame. If cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the full session amount must be paid.
