About
This class will be focusing on handstand practice and observation. I will provide you with tools to advance in feeling balance and guide you towards a physical understanding of how to hold a handstand shape comfortably. This is achieved by developing awareness upside down through specific body and mind conditioning. We'll cover the main aspects of handstands: alignment and balance. Depending on your practice, we will explore different shapes, isolations, or work on any specific goals you might have. Central to our practice will be playfulness and pleasure. I look forward to sharing the joys of handstanding with you. This class is suitable for all levels; the only requirement is that you have at least been upside down before, even if you don't have a consistent practice. After this session students are welcome to stay for one hour longer to practice their skills or just stretch (to do this they need to pay £5 after the session )
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Aerial Art House. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
