Commercial dance is hard hitting, fierce, sassy, confident dancing with a strut in your step! It is optional to wear heels but I guarantee you will feel "sexier" in heels! As well as learning dance routines fitness exercises will be incorporated into the lesson so please also bring a pair of trainers. Our aim is for you ladies to feel good, sexy, confident, and to start to love your body and the way it moves!
