Using your resistance bands, mat and your own body weight with enjoyable relaxing music to create a varied and effective workout with control that is suitable for all fitness levels. Fitness Pilates also helps to improve your overall fitness, posture, flexibility, mobility, energy levels and mindset. This class is suitable for all levels including post natal and beyond. We have standing and floor work using fitness Pilates intervals and always finish with relaxation and stretches.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Tania Fitness . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
