This class is designed for all mums with their babies, toddlers and preschools they are all welcome to come along I have some playmats and toys for the little ones to play with or if you have childcare sorted just come yourself. New mums with babies are welcome to join from 6 weeks post natural delivery or 10 weeks post c-section with all exercises having low impact options and safe if you have any pelvic floor/core weaknesses after having your baby. This class will be an overall body workout focusing on strengthen and toning for your arms, legs, pelvic floor and core specifically after having a baby. Those who want more from their workout I also give you options too so you can progress when you want to. We use interval training for our workouts to make the most out of every exercise with a mixture of standing and floorwork. Please bring a set of dumbbells to use for the workout so you can choose the right weight for you to exercise with if you don’t have any don’t worry I have some sets you can borrow just let me know if this is the case so I can bring some for you. Also please bring an exercise mat! We will vary the workouts each week to mix it up and the music too mostly upbeat music for motivation.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Tania Fitness . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
