Embrace a magical Summer Solstice set within the breathtaking South Cambridgeshire countryside, this immersive day invites you to pause, reconnect, and celebrate the energy of the longest days of the year ✨ Designed to nourish body, mind and spirit, the festival brings together our vibrant wellness community for a day of movement, restoration and connection in nature. Enjoy a diverse programme of experiences throughout the day, including yoga, movement sessions, breathwork, meditation and workshops, all led by inspiring and talented teachers. Between sessions, take time to unwind with a WILD SWIM in the lake, soak up the warmth of the SAUNA & relax and chat by the FIREPIT. Explore a curated selection of natural wellness products, individual holistic treatments, and creative workshops, while supporting local makers and independent businesses sharing their crafts and passions in our HOLISTIC REALM & MARKETPLACE. More than a festival, this is a space to gather, celebrate the solstice, nourish yourself, and connect with like-minded souls in a beautiful natural setting. 🌞 The event takes place in the grounds of a stunning private garden in South Cambridgeshire, just 10 minutes from our studio.
