Saturday 8th November 14:00 - 15:30pm REST AND DIGEST During Autumn, nature begins to slow down: animals prepare for hibernation, plants start to become dormant, the weather drops. Nature is reminding us too, to slow down, that at this time of year we have a natural need for rest and renewal. Give yourself 90mins to surrender and tune in, allowing yourself a pocket of calm before the lead up to the festive season begins. In this extended practice we will be moving and breathing our way into a parasympathetic state. This is the part of the nervous system responsible for 'rest and digest', where we can relax and quite literally digest (both food and thoughts). We'll begin with a gentle flow, moving into restorative poses with supportive props and ending with a meditative savasana and essential oil adjustments. £18 per person / 20% discount for members
