As a very active person myself, I now the importance or stretching and stability throughout the body to support my lifestyle both on the mat and off the mat. The local running community in Dorchester and the surrounding area is always very well attended with weekly events like Park Run and the local RIOT Running Group which are both amazing options for those wanting a local community to be a part of. I am looking forward to this workshop being a great way to take away stretches, poses and breathing techniques from the Yoga world into the Running world, or even day to day life. We will undertake a mixture of Active and Passive Stretching, with props available to use with instruction, in addition to science based Breathwork techniques which can help us to increase performance and mental stress relief. These techniques have significantly helped me in my life plus my athletic challenges I put myself under including a recent VO2 Max test I undertook in Leibniz University Hannover - Sports University. I am really looking forward to holding this session with you all and can't wait to share the experience with those who wish to attend. I will be providing Mats, Bolsters, Yoga Bricks and Blocks, Yoga Straps as always in my classes. Hopefully see you there! All the best Owen

This session uses automated refunds for bookings made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Yoga with Owen. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Cancellation refunds will apply automatically up to 48 hours before the event. After this, it is subject to the space being filled.
