This Hatha Yoga class is suitable for all levels. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the class and with their expert knowledge and support, and always with various options. You will move through poses and postures while improving your balance, flexibility, mental health and wellbeing. You may use props to support or enhance your movements. Enjoy the strength and flexibility of practicing Yoga and benefit from the mindfulness that comes with it. Hatha Yoga encourages mindfulness and self-awareness, making it a great practice for reducing stress and cultivating a deeper connection with your body and breath. We have equipment in the Studio such as mats, blocks and bolsters which are free of charge to borrow. If you have your own, please bring it with you.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Mind + Body Studio. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
