Start your morning with a nourishing Hatha Flow class, moving through a creatively sequenced practice designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing. You’ll be encouraged to flow with awareness and self-care in a friendly, small-group setting. After practice, enjoy a relaxed brunch together with your choice of hot drink or smoothie, and either a breakfast roll or pancakes — all included in the price. Please bring a yoga mat. Blocks can sometimes be helpful, but there are some spares available.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancel 7 days prior to event. If unable to attend after this, I am happy for you to gift your space to someone (please pass on their details to me at that point).
