A 75 minute Gentle Yoga class at the iconic King's Arms Hotel. The class will take place in the tranquil Casterbridge room and is suitable for beginners or yoga practitioners who enjoy a slow, mindful session. As its Bank Holiday Monday, we will be practising a special Rest and Restore class consisting on yin poses and a guided yoga nidra. After class we will enjoy a tea or coffee of your choice and some time to relax and chat, all included in the price.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Space Yoga Dorset. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
