Join me at the iconic King's Arms hotel for a 90 minute yoga class followed by a freshly cooked breakfast and hot drink or juice of your choice. Setting intentions for 2026: Every time we step onto our yoga mat is an opportunity to set an intention and connect back into our intuition. This class will connect you with your sankalpa (intention from the heart) and remind you the answers to your deepest questions already live within you.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Space Yoga Dorset. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
