The wall can be an amazing prop in yoga! In this workshop you will learn how to do a range of poses at the wall. Yoga at the wall can help with balance, strength, alignment and flexibility...and most of all it adds some variety and fun to our practice. Suitable for all levels and mats and props will be provided.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made by card. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Space Yoga Dorset. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
