This 5 week programme is aimed specifically at teens in P7-S6. Each week will be guided by a different practitioner: Laura Ross, Suzanne Collins, Danielle Logan, Ali Sharp, Lynsey Birnie and Vikki Cleal. Held in a warm and welcoming community space, the teens will be guided through a variety of yoga, pilates (new for this course!), mindfulness and relaxation techniques each week. Blending playful physical movement with peaceful stillness throughout the 5 weeks, creating space to move, breathe, and feel at home in your body. No experience needed, all teens P7-S6 welcome. Just bring yourself, wear something comfy, and come as you are. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, straps etc are provided by the studio but please bring your own mat if you prefer. The workshop takes place at Deeside Wellbeing Collective studio, 11 Scott Skinner Square, Banchory.
Cancellation policy
Please bear in mind the start and end dates of the programme as substitutions cannot be made for missed classes. Programmes can only be cancelled under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Deeside Wellbeing Collective. No refunds will be made after the programme has started.
