Join Laura and Lynsey for a special afternoon of yoga and xhail fun for both children and their grown ups. This session will include songs, movement, breathing exercises and meditation. These activities will help the little ones express their feelings and learn to connect with their bodies. It is a wonderful opportunity for families to bond and engage together. Everyone is welcome to this community class making it a great way to meet others and enjoy a healthy activity. Recommended for age 3 to 5 year olds. Stay on after for a cuppa and chat!
