I have the pleasure of teaching mat and reformer Pilates, as well as cycling, strength training, and high-intensity sessions in Aberdeen. My Pilates sessions focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture and balance, while my fitness classes help increase cardiovascular endurance and stamina.

PILATES AT KORTA Stronger core, better movement, improved game. Our Pilates classes are for everyone, all levels whether you play padel or simply want to feel stronger, more flexible, and in control. We combine classic and contemporary Pilates, incorporating equipment alongside bodyweight, to build strength, improve balance and posture, and increase flexibility. Train smarter. Feel stronger. Play better Mats will also be provided but please feel free to bring your own. Pilates classes will either be on a padel court or in a hall upstairs.
