✨Body, breathing & meditation✨ Hatha yoga is a slower, gentler practice, holding poses for longer than you would in a flow-style yoga class. A great practice for beginners, creating mind-body awareness. Ha' stands for Sun. Sun symbolizes the heat, activeness, and masculine nature, the Yang, the flow. 'Tha' stands for the moon. The moon symbolizes the cold, receptive and feminine nature, the Yin, the stillness. 'Hatha' means the balance of the two opposites. A beautiful fusion of Yin & Yang energy, harmonise opening the body whilst calming the mind to bring a little balance back to intense lifestyles. Moving your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Nia Francis - Mindful Yoga . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. The yoga studio door is locked upon session start time. Any late arrivals won’t be able to gain access & will forfeit the session. Doors are open 10-15 minutes before session start time to allow you to get comfortable.
