Beginners Nordic walking workshop - teaching the 10 steps INWA technique All poles provided session is over 2 hours but broken down into smaller sections with a break in the middle where you will be able to purchase refreshments from the cafe cost £8 once you have learnt the technique we will go on a short walk - and also learn how to go up and down hills (if we can find some hills in creech !!!) with our poles
