Join the incredible Helen & Susan for a Reiki Sound Healing to take you on a journey to deep meditative, restorative relaxation. This experience is a fusion of Sacred Sound and Reiki. Helen uses a fusion of instruments and her voice to take you on a journey into your heart centre. At the same time, Susan will send Reiki Healing to everybody in our incredible candle-lit studio. There will be no direct contact; reiki energy can be transmitted through time and space without touch and will support you on a journey to deep restorative bliss. Bring a blanket, cushion and anything you need to get comfortable; we have spare yoga mats if you need to borrow one. This experience is limited to 11 participants. These events are done lying down on the floor, starting with gentle movement, guided meditation and a sound healing session with Reiki. Chairs are available for anyone that would prefer a seated experience. This session isn't suitable for anyone pregnant.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Centre For Positive Change . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Please be advised that there is a minimum of 48 hours before the event starts for any cancellations to be credited or refunded.
