That time is now and Cacao is the food of awakening. More about your host Aphra A couple of years ago, I made a list of all the things I wanted to do before I reached 40. The joy I got from searching my soul, creating unusual experiences, taking part in new things, saying yes to opportunities, opening my mind and getting out of my comfort zone led me to discover my true passion and purpose in life. I know now that I'm here at this time to help others break through limiting beliefs, let go of whatever is holding them back, and start creating fearlessly. My offerings have been alchemised from my learning and experiences, my own life story and the wisdom of others, from both academia and spiritual traditions. The amalgamation of an inquisitive, rebellious nature, a need for adventure, my own healing journey and a desire to help others when they are ready to do the work has brought me here, to be able to offer you the life-changing power of embracing the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Magic. ​Love Aphra x KEEPING EVERYONE SAFE Our Covid-19 Policy At the Centre For Positive Change, your safety is our top priority. We are continually monitoring the Scottish Governments Covid-19 policies and procedures, and our current enhanced Covid-19 protocols are subject to change without prior notice. MASKS / FACE COVERINGS Masks/face coverings must be worn in the building and may only be removed whilst at your designated space. (Unless you are medically exempt, please advise the Centre before attending). Please note: Face shields/visors must be worn with an appropriate mask/covering. ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS We're keeping the Centre squeaky clean with enhanced cleaning protocols. We thoroughly sanitise all equipment and surfaces regularly. Please wash your hands and avoid touching your face and mouth. Hand sanitiser is available in the Centre. Our Centre has enhanced Hepa air filtration. SOCIAL DISTANCING We've reduced our class capacity to allow for appropriate social distancing between each person. Please use appropriate social distancing at all times. There will be no hands-on adjustments in classes. ATTENDING CLASSES/EVENTS/APPOINTMENTS Please limit your time spent in the Centre before and after classes/appointments to 15 minutes to allow for enhanced cleaning. We've increased time between classes to reduce the amount of contact between students/clients. Please pre-book; unfortunately, at this time, we cant expect walk-ins for Track and Trace purposes and reduced cash handling. Doors will be locked outside of class times, so please arrive on time. ADDITIONAL STEPS Please always follow the Scottish Government advice and NHS inform guidance. If you are showing any signs or symptoms or have been in contact with anybody that is showing symptoms of Covid, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND. If you're unable to attend a booked classes or event due to COVID related restrictions/guidance, please contact the Centre before the scheduled class/event to transfer your booking.
