Come unfurl with Helen, as she uses a fusion of instruments, singing bowls, chimes and her voice to create a unique unravelling to unwind, open and release sound healing immersion experience. Sound healing is a transformational experience that reaches deep into our being and promotes a deep sense of positive change for mind, body & soul. Helen invites you to join her at the incredible Centre for Positive Change to lie down and unfurl into a journey of the senses. These sessions are open to anyone and everyone seeking time to rest, relax, and help soften those edges. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask if you have one, and we look forward to 'unfurling' with you.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Centre For Positive Change . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
