Kettlercise is a group fitness class based entirely on training with just one piece of equipment.... a Kettle bell! Kettlercise is THE single most effective workout, designed to shape and tone your body achieving rapid fat loss and creating lean muscle tone using a low weight kettlebell. Each class is low impact and great fun, easy-to-follow, and lasts 50 minutes. People of all fitness levels enjoy Kettlercise. If you want to burn calories, lose fat, Improve flexibility, strengthen your core and burn 400-800 calories per 50 minute session then Kettlercise is the class for you! What will I need? A towel, water and to wear suitable clothing including trainers and your exercise mat. Kettlebell/s can be provided for face to face classes. Please bring your own if you have them. Wrist guards are recommended and can be purchased before class for £10 a pair, payable by cash only. Class is suitable for aged 15+ KETTLERCISE CLASS IS NOT SUITABLE DURING ANY STAGE OF PREGNANCY. Recent Pregnancy- Due to the intensity of our kettlebell sessions these are only suitable after your postnatal check and from 12 weeks after both types of deliveries.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or using a membership. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Clare Fit Aylesbury . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. No credits are offered on single class cancellations .No cash refunds are given.
