A flow and stretch yoga class combines the dynamic movements of a flow or vinyasa practice with the gentle stretching and relaxation of a traditional hatha yoga class. In this class, you will move through sequences of poses that are synchronised with the breath to create a flowing and meditative practice. The flow portion helps to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve overall body awareness, while the stretching component allows for deeper relaxation and release of tension in the muscles. This class is perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners looking to balance movement with rejuvenation. Please note as this is a first floor studio, be sure to arrive 5 minutes before the class starts as the door will be locked at the time of class starting.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Reform You Aughton. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Reform You Aughton have a strict no refund or transfer of classes policy if you cancel your pre-booked class, when providing less than 24hrs notice.
