𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 is a dynamic, fun, and effective full-body workout that includes weighted hula hooping, cardio, HIIT, strength, and toning – for a stronger core, and so much more! A 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗣 workout is unique: Hooping with a weighted hoop gives us a 360 degrees core workout to strenghten muscles in the abdominals, obliques, lower back, glutes, hips and thighs. We also use the weight of the hoop for muscle strength and toning exercises too for very effective full-body training. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗼 - Learn the key technique for hooping with Powerhoops - Try out all the various exercises we include in our classes - Get great support from some of our Powerhoop regulars - Have the option, when you're ready, to purchase your own beginners hoop (£8) and book for any of our regular Powerhoop classes ** 𝗡𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦 ** Due to limited spaces and provision of equipment for this Beginners Open Class, no refunds are available if you're no longer able to attend.
