๐ช๐ข๐ ๐๐ก'๐ฆ ๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐จ๐ง Find YOUR strong! ๐ช๐ข๐ ๐๐ก'๐ฆ ๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ ๐ถ๐ธ๐ฎ is a full body workout class that includes resistance training (using body weight resistance or hand held weights) and cardio training (aerobics, dance, boxing). Classes are based on different Group Exercise to Music formats, so each week is different from the last - keeping us interested and challenged! Class Time: 55 mins ๐ช๐๐๐ง ๐ง๐ข ๐๐ซ๐ฃ๐๐๐ง - Warm welcome from your instructor and the group. - A fun, friendly atmosphere with a lovely bunch of people. - Mixed levels within the group with options for impact and intensity, so you can work out your way. ๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐ง๐ฅ๐จ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐ - WARM UP tracks to prepare the body for the main workout by raising the heart rate, mobilising the joints, warming and stretching the muscles. โโ- MAIN WORKOUT includes an aerobic section for cardiovascular health (aerobics, dancing or boxing) and a resistance training section for strength, conditioning and toning (using body weight resistance or hand held weights). - โCOOL DOWN to gradually bring down the heart rate and long stretches to develop flexibility.โ ๐๐ง'๐ฆ ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ฅ ๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐จ๐ง - These classes are for all levels of experience and fitness - don't worry about anyone else, you do you! - If you go a different way or do a different move, it doesn't matter - I promise you, no one cares. - Move as much, or as little, as feels good for your body and how youโre feeling. - Go at your own pace and take a break whenever you need to. ๐๐๐ง ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ฌ, ๐๐๐ง ๐ฆ๐๐ง, ๐๐ข! - Wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in (and that don't restrict your movement) and trainers. - Bring water and a small sweat towel. ๐ฉ๐๐ก๐จ๐ Penkhull Village Hall, Trent Valley Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 5JB Free car park at rear of venue
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to WORKOUT with Mika. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. If you wish to cancel and have your class credited to your GymCatch account, please ensure you cancel 2 hours or more before the class start time. Classes cancelled within 2 hours of the class start time will not be credited, and will count as a late cancel.
