Join me for a wonderfully relaxing movement and immersive sound bath. A chance to unwind, relax, chat and connect. Refreshments included. We'll begin with gentle, nurturing floor based yoga, suitable for all levels of experience. Release tension and restore mind, heart, body connections. Create space and resilience for the week ahead. Then pause in an extended savasana, bathed by himilayan singing bowls and gongs. Finding peace and serenity in sound. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket and eye covering for your comfort to enable you to relax and enjoy. I do have items to borrow. Health concerns: Please do inform Kay of any current health concerns. The sound baths are not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy. If you have a pacemaker, metal implants, experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Labrythitus or Meniers Disease or had recent surgery (past 3 months). If you have any concerns, please do message for information and reassurance as this is a general sound bath which can be adjusted or a 1-1 individualised experience tailored to your needs may be more appropriate.
Cancellation policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
