Join me for a creative art, transformational experience to connect to your inner wisdom and discover hidden secrets that will bring insight and balance to your life. Many of us have forgotten how to daydream or don't give it the time in our busy lives. Daydreaming is a great way to become present in the moment, relax and manifest your deepest desires. A time to relax, be still, be calm and allow the drum to lead you through a beautiful meditation journey. We will begin by creating a safe space to work within, pause with a reflective meditation to arrive within ourselves., pause our mind chatter and connect with our creativity, listening to our intuition. I will lead then you on sound journey (sound bath) to encourage and support free flow imagination and daydreaming. Connecting in with energies and rhythms of nature, getting to know yourself on a whole new level. Remembering your experiences, I invite you to intuitively create, illustrate any images/feelings/insight you have gained using a variety of mediums. It is all about the process of creating rather than the finished piece. Learning how to express yourself in your own unique way and share in a safe space. A picture expresses a thousand words and bridges the connection between our unconscious and living world. No artistic skill is necessary, a willingness to join in and give yourself permission to explore your creativity and listen to your intuition. You are welcome just as you are.
