Please join Shelley for a Hatha yoga class that offers a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation, making it ideal for practitioners of all levels. The session will always include mindful breathing exercises (pranayama) to center the mind, followed by a series of foundational yoga poses (asanas) designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The class moves at a steady, meditative pace and each posture is held for a few breaths , allowing students to deepen their awareness and alignment. It concludes with a calming savasana (final relaxation) to integrate the practice, leaving participants feeling refreshed, grounded, and at ease.
