Take a breather, slow down and find your inner calm with a relaxing blend of restorative yoga, deep meditation and soothing reiki healing. In this super relaxing session, we’ll hold yoga poses for 5-10 minutes using bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets - allowing your body to gently open and unwind. I'll also guide you with reiki healing during the poses to help ease stress and restore your natural balance. It’s the perfect vibe for regulating your nervous system and bringing more peace into your day.
