Water Mandala Workshop Sunday 26th July 11:15am–1:15pm Lydia Brown Mandala Yoga is a dynamic and creative style of vinyasa flow that invites practitioners to move 360 degrees around the mat, rather than remaining in a fixed, forward-facing position. Rooted in the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air each mandala sequence offers a unique energetic experience. In this special workshop, we will explore the Water Element, cultivating fluidity, adaptability and ease through movement. The practice will focus on asanas that stretch and strengthen the hips and groin, helping to create greater mobility and freedom in the body. Together, we will move like water, flowing seamlessly around the mat in a dynamic mandala sequence designed to encourage both strength and grace. The workshop will begin with grounding yin postures to settle the mind and prepare the body, before transitioning into our energising mandala flow. We will then close with nourishing yin poses, leaving you feeling balanced, open and deeply restored. Suitable for students with some experience of yoga and an openness to explore movement in a new way.
