A Summer Pause Slow Flow Yoga • Homemade Cake & Tea • Restorative Yoga • Meditation Saturday 25th July 10:30-1:30pm Step away from the busyness of summer and join Emily for a mini retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore balance. We’ll begin with a grounding slow flow yoga practice that builds strength and balance, followed by tea and homemade cake, before settling into a deeply restful restorative yoga session and guided meditation. A chance to pause, breathe, connect, and give yourself the gift of rest in the midst of a busy season. Mini Retreat Schedule: 10:15-10:30: Arrival and tea served 10:30–11:30: Grounding slow flow yoga practice 11:30–12:00: Tea and homemade cake 12:00–1:15: Restorative yoga 1:15–1:30: Meditation and close Suitable for all levels.
