About
Step into the energy of spring with this nourishing 90 minute Elemental Yin and Yoga Nidra workshop. Rooted in elemental theory, spring corresponds with the Wood element - a season of growth, renewal and vitality. This session is designed to support the body and mind in emerging from winter’s heaviness and moving toward a sense of spaciousness and possibility. We’ll begin with 60 minutes of deep, grounding Yin Yoga, exploring long-held, floor-based postures that target the connective tissues associated with the Wood element on the Liver and Gallbladder Meridians, known for governing feelings of happiness - particularly the inner legs, outer hips and sides of the body. Expect clear guidance, plenty of options, and an invitational approach that allows every body to meet the practice in a way that feels safe and supported. Once the physical body has softened and opened, we’ll transition into a restorative Yoga Nidra, inviting you to move inward and connect with the subtle body. Using guided rest and visualisation, Yoga Nidra will help settle the nervous system, integrate the benefits of the Yin practice, and cultivate clarity, hope, and inner renewal - mirroring spring’s soft but powerful momentum. You’ll leave feeling grounded yet uplifted, spacious yet steady - ready to step into the season with a sense of fresh possibility.
