Ground & Glow: A Day Retreat Saturday 2nd May 11am-4pm With Emily Tarrant and Liz Brinkmann ‘Ground & Glow’ is an uplifting and nurturing day retreat designed to support self-love, awareness and renewed energy. Blending grounding practices with gently energising movement, meditation and moments of reflection, this day retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself and what lights you up. Through flowing asana, conscious breathing and guided awareness, you’ll be encouraged to notice what’s happening within you — in your body, mind and emotions — with openness, compassion and no self-judgement. This is a space to soften the inner critic, tune into your own rhythm, and reset.
