‘Reset and Rebalance’ - Meditation and Sound Bath

About

‘Reset and Rebalance’ - An evening of meditation and sound healing Join Sarah and Emily for a very special evening of guided meditation, followed by a relaxing and restorative crystal bowl sound bath. We will begin the evening with a candlelit guided meditation combining breath, mantra and visualisation meditations, before sinking into a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound bath - the perfect way to close off the week and ease yourself into the weekend ahead. What is a sound bath? Sound baths offer a spa-like retreat from the everyday. “Sometimes in life, we feel anxiety. We feel stressed. We find ourselves holding on to negative energy or feeling heaviness in our heart,” says Schieffelin. “Sound baths will give you the opportunity to let go of all of that and return to a state of calm and well-being.” Sound baths offer a number of physical and psychological benefits, including: 🥣 Calming your body and mind 🥣 Reducing stress and anxiety 🥣 Increasing focus and clarity 🥣 Decreasing tension and fatigue 🥣 Boosting your mood and reducing feelings of anger 🥣 Improving sleep 🥣 Elevating feelings of well-being After taking part in a sound bath you can expect to feel calm, blissful, rebalanced and deeply relaxed. You can also expect to feel uplifted and inspired as you connect with your own positive energy. Enjoy full body relaxation while being fully immersed in the beautiful energy and the tranquil vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. All you need to do is join us in the space, lay yourself down and leave the rest to us. Please wear comfortable clothes and cosy socks. Please bring a pillow from your bed. It is recommended to hydrate well during the day before a sound bath and to bring some water with you. Please note that sound baths are not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy or those who are 12 weeks pregnant or under.
