Cancellation policy

This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to YoGology. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. If cancelled more than 24 hours before the class, you will receive a refund to your account. This will be provided in the form of a 1 class credit to your account. If a class is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer a refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. If a medical note is provided you will receive a credit of 1 class to your YoGology account. If you would like a refund to your bank account, there will be a 15% admin fee up to a maximum charge of £5. This is to recuperate costs incurred by YoGology and to keep the studio financially viable.
