Join Leanne for a 90-minute heart-opening journey designed to gently awaken, shift, and reconnect back to the self. We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual: ceremonial cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao - traditionally used in ancient cultures as a plant medicine for connection and clarity. It tastes like a luxurious hot chocolate, but it's grown, farmed and made intentionally. Spiritually, cacao is known as a heart-opener. It can help you drop out of the mind and into the body, deepen intuition, enhance emotional awareness, and support intention setting. It's rich in magnesium and antioxidants, supports circulation, increases blood flow, and gently stimulates the release of mood-enhancing neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine - often leaving you feeling uplifted yet grounded. After we sip and set our intentions, we’ll begin to move. As the cacao moves through the body and into the bloodstream, it increases circulation - and as we flow through yoga, that circulation deepens. The warmth builds naturally, the heart beats a little fuller, the body softens and opens - the medicine loves to move. The synergy of cacao + flow allows energy to move and stagnation shifts and in turn, you'll feel your heart space expand and you'll feel more connected to yourself, to your breath and to the moment. We’ll then transition into a long, nourishing savasana with a soothing oil massage. Wrapped in stillness, the body absorbs, processes, and restores. The mind quiets. The heart steadies.
