Yoga and Pilates in one - designed to strengthen, energise and reset you after the day. This 60-minute evening session blends fluid yoga sequences with intelligently layered Pilates exercises to build core strength, stability and resilience. The pace is steady and progressive, allowing you to move with control and confidence, making the class suitable for all levels - including beginners. Leanne’s warm and supportive teaching style ensures clear guidance, thoughtful preparation and options throughout. You’ll always have a strong foundation to work from, with opportunities to add moments of challenge and flow should you wish to take them on. From time to time, the class may include playful exploration of stronger transitions or optional arm-balance work, introduced gradually and supported step by step. There is always a choice. There is never pressure. Breathwork and mindful pacing are woven throughout, finishing with a grounding savasana so you leave feeling accomplished, calm and quietly confident. Whether you’re new to movement, refining your practice or ready to explore your strength in new ways, Tuesday Night Yogalatés offers a balanced, empowering approach to building strength from the inside out. PLEASE NOTE By attending any Sass class, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing. Our classes are not a substitute for professional medical advice—please consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise programme. Sass Wellbeing teachers cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred during your practice. LATE ATTENDANCE Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before class to settle in. Late arrivals disrupt the flow for both the group and the teacher. For classes held outside Coffee House opening hours, doors will be locked 5 minutes before the start time. Unfortunately, latecomers cannot be admitted or refunded. Out of respect for your teacher and fellow participants, please arrive on time. CANCELLATIONS You may cancel up to 24 hours before your class to receive a full credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. As a small business working with self-employed teachers, we greatly appreciate your understanding and support.

Cancellation policy

This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sass Wellbeing Studio & Coffee House. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
