We all know that the savasana is the best bit of a yoga class - when you can wrap yourself up in your blanket and wait for the head massage, so we've decided to create a session with an extended one...! A 90-minute evening experience for deep rest, nervous system reset and better sleep. If you’ve been feeling tired but wired, overstimulated or struggling to switch off at night, The Savasana Sessions are an invitation to slow right down. This 1.5-hour session is a carefully curated blend of restorative yoga, somatic movement and gentle yin, designed to release tension from the body and calm the nervous system. The practice gradually guides you out of stress mode and into deep rest. We’ll finish with an extended savasana, supported by a guided relaxation and a gentle head massage, allowing your body and mind to fully let go. This session is ideal for anyone who: 💤 Struggles to unwind in the evenings 💤 Experiences restless sleep or a busy mind 💤 Feels overwhelmed, burnt out, or overstimulated 💤 Craves deep rest without effort When we sleep, our ‘clean up team’ (also known as the glymphatic system) flushes the brain of any toxin build up throughout the day. Which is why getting a good nights sleep is crucial to our wellbeing. However, sleep is something we can really struggle with and the more we stress about it, the more elusive it becomes. This session is designed so you’ll leave feeling grounded, soothed, and supported - with the intention of helping you experience one of your best nights sleep. ✨ No experience necessary ✨ All props provided ✨ Come as you are Your only job is to lie down and rest. RECOMMENDATIONS: Wrap up warm and wear layers as your body temperature will naturally lower as you relax. Feel free to bring a cosy blanket and a pillow too. LATE ATTENDANCE - please do not be late for classes. This class takes place when the Coffee House is closed so, for safety and security, the front door will be locked just before the start time. Out of respect of your teacher and your fellow attendees, please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and speak to the Teacher if required. If you are late for class, do not bang on the door/any windows, telephone, text or email as we cannot help you and you will not receive a refund/credit. CANCELLATIONS - Specialist workshops and courses carry a separate cancellation policy - please read before booking your place. We are a small business, supporting self-employed teachers - we appreciate you understanding with our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS: Specialist workshops and courses carry a separate cancellation policy - please read before booking your place: ~ More than 14 days notice – a full refund minus 5% admission fee charges ~ 7 – 14 days notice - a refund can be issued minus 10% administration fees charges - or transfer to another workshop that has spaces ~ Less than 7 days notice - a refund, minus administration fee charges of the above can only be given if we have a waiting list and someone can take your place at short notice. Or send along a lucky friend in your place, just let us know of the name change. (They should pay you the full workshop fee.) ~ Less than 24 hours notice – no refund, and we are unable to transfer you onto another workshop.
