About
A seasonal gathering for rest, reawakening and gentle rise... As winter slowly loosens its grip and the first signs of spring begin to stir, we meet at the threshold; the quiet space between rest and renewal. This two-hour immersive gathering invites you to pause, soften, and prepare your body and nervous system for what’s ready to emerge next. Together, Kate, Leanne and Genevieve will guide you through a thoughtfully held journey of movement, breath and sound, designed to support this seasonal transition with intention rather than urgency. The first part of the practice will gently reawaken the body through slow, controlled movement. Pilates-inspired sequences will build deep, supportive strength and postural awareness, while flowing yoga transitions encourage mobility, circulation and ease. Expect a balance of grounding and lightness; strength that feels steady, not forced; movement that invites curiosity rather than effort. As the pace gradually softens, the practice will transition into deep rest. You’ll be guided into a long, nourishing savasana where sound becomes the primary medicine. Genevieve will offer live vocals and sound healing, allowing vibration to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support a deep sense of release and integration. This final chapter is an invitation to receive. To be held. To rest in the space between what has been and what is becoming. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, experienced, or “good at” movement. This is not about pushing forward. It’s about arriving - exactly as you are - and allowing the next season to meet you gently.
