Join Kate for a low-impact, mindful strength class designed to build resilient bodies and steady minds — for the long term. Inspired by two years of personal training with a strength and conditioning coach, this class blends controlled, Pilates-inspired movement with effective strength training using light hand weights, resistance bands, sliders and bodyweight work. The focus is on quality of movement rather than speed or intensity. Expect slow, purposeful exercises that build strength, endurance and muscular tone while supporting joint health and the nervous system. There’s no high impact and no rushing — just intelligent, accessible training that helps you move better, feel stronger and stay active for life. Ideal if you: ~ Want to build strength without heavy lifting or high impact ~ Enjoy Pilates but want more strength and challenge ~ Are focused on longevity, balance and functional fitness ~ Prefer calm, considered training that still delivers results This is strength you can return to again and again — sustainable, supportive and effective. PLEASE NOTE By attending any Sass class, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing. Our classes are not a substitute for professional medical advice—please consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise programme. Sass Wellbeing teachers cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred during your practice. LATE ATTENDANCE Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before class to settle in. Late arrivals disrupt the flow for both the group and the teacher. For classes held outside Coffee House opening hours, doors will be locked 5 minutes before the start time. Unfortunately, latecomers cannot be admitted or refunded. Out of respect for your teacher and fellow participants, please arrive on time. CANCELLATIONS You may cancel up to 24 hours before your class to receive a full credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. As a small business working with self-employed teachers, we greatly appreciate your understanding and support.

Cancellation policy

This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sass Wellbeing Studio & Coffee House. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
