We don’t have to factor rest in as the break between the ‘important things’ that need to get done. Designed as the perfect antidote to our fast-paced world, this experience invites you to exhale fully and come home to yourself. Expect a warm, cosy studio with low lights and soft stillness. Together, we’ll explore luxurious, intuitive movement that melts tension, nourishes your spine, releases stiffness from the joints, and invites a gentle return to ease. You’ll move with your breath, sink into restful stillness, and rediscover the quiet joy of simply being in your body. Each rest loosely takes this shape… o Arriving, settling and welcoming the breath as an anchor( with a ‘hands-on’ squeeze to aid settling) o Exploring creative rest and integrated stillness o Moving into deeper rest through body scan meditation No yoga experience is needed—only a willingness to pause, soften, and receive. Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sass Wellbeing Studio & Coffee House. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
