New to pole? This 12 week course is for you! Building the foundations of pole you will learn how to climb, sit, hold and spin on the pole. All while building your strength, stamina and confidence. You will need to wear shorts and t-shirt for this course as skin grip plays a big part in keeping you on the pole.
